THE STORY OF DROP ANCHOR
“I came up with the name ‘Drop Anchor’ based on my love of waterfront homes in the greater Miami area. The name symbolizes that your home is where you anchor yourself, your life, your family, and your future.
Additionally, the anchor symbol is dear to my heart, because my son has an anchor-shaped scar from a spinal surgery he needed as a newborn. My son has been my personal anchor and purpose in life.”

“My love of architecture and design sparked my interest in the real estate industry. I love homes that are easy to live in, comfortable, and well thought out. I notice and appreciate those details, and that helps me understand what my clients are looking for, and what matters to them.
I wanted to help guide people when they are making one of the biggest decisions of their life, which motivated me to get my MBA and my real estate license.

It was constantly featured as one of the top 10 homes in Miami on Zillow, and remained on Zillow’s homepage for weeks, resulting in thousands of views. A video about this home had over 200,000 views on YouTube as well. Our massive marketing push resulted in a record-breaking closing price for this home as it became the most desirable listing in the entire area.
